You can, but it'll be as effective as trying to eat dry ice.

(That means it's horribly inneffective and might get you killed.)

It gives you free capacitor, but it does not weaken the sleepers, and ewar brings you aggro.

yes it does, ive seen ppl running c2 sites in assault frigs solo with a nos to help their cap, out side of soloing and using it to suppliment your cap its not much use
