Okay. So a friend of mine who has been a player for years is having problems and we're not sure where.
When opening the launcher or the repair it takes like half a min. for anything to pop up and give a white error box that says, "No connectivaty or server is down.". and he also can't connect to the EVE website. he can load anything else but nothing EVE related.

Help? Solutions?
