I am having a very strange issue. I cannot login to the game at all due to connection issues on the launcher. The seriously strange thing is I cannot access any eve online supported website on any device that I have used in the past for eve. I cannot access the forums, eve gate, accrue manager, or the main website on my pc, laptop and my smartphone. I am accessing this through my girlfriends phone. I'm not sure if i have a tin foil hat on but this is very strange problem. My internet connection is %100 on all listed devices for every website not run by ccp. Some sort this out and explain how i can fix this
. You are not the only to have this issue, I am in the same boat, do a petition and hopefully this will get fixed

Seems I've run into this problem, now. I've been unable to connect to the EVE client, DUST servers or the website, since 0900 EVE time on the 26th to right now, 0400 on the 27th. I live on the West Coast of the US and my ISP is Charter. I've talked to others in my corp who have Charter, and they've had the same issues, as well.

Sent in an e-mail to support. Here's the tests I ran.

Same as others, dropped yesterday evening with what still appears to be the routing issues.

Seems there are underlying issues at Level3, as you can't even get two hops from one of their London routers... http://lookingglass.level3.net/traceroute/traceroute.cgi?site=lon1&target=87.237.38.200

Hello,
I have problems connecting to CCP servers as well.
Traceroute point that connection is dropped after dn-b3-link.telia.net [80.91.249.170].
Looks like Telia<->CCP connection problem?

BTW, if you check this thread: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5208431553?page=1
you see that ppl cannot connect to BN as well - looks like major providers issue.

I am located on the Swedish west coast, and I have TeliaSonera as ISP. I 'm having the same issues, all worked just fine until sunday 26th of august, when connection was lost some time during the late afternoon.

I did a traceroute and found out pretty much the same as already stated in the other posts here. I called my ISP, and they told me it is up to CCP to resolve this issue together with network providers. I am only a customer, and can't do **** from here.

I am on my mobile connection at the moment, which seem to work well...but not so fast.

Would CCP like to post some info on what they know so far? Maybe all involved pilots could call their ISP and make some noise? :)

I have been noticing major major lag in eve over the last few days and was just coming here to have a winge about it, and then found this. Is there any ETA on when you will revert back to how things used to be?

Its so slow, I have items appearing to duplicate in my inventory that then glitch out until relog, guns that are loaded and then suddenly unloaed and then the ammo is missing and then 3,000 windows open up simultaeneously....its killing my play experience, PvP is not even an option with all of this lag

I understand its the way things have to be but im hoping you'll definately revert back at some point...

thanks

Exact same setup, same location, same provider and same result.

Able to log on from work, but both game and forums are dead from home...

No problems before today, but as of this morning had trouble getting a connection before downtime, and now I've dropped repeately when I did get logged in after downtime.

Going to find something else to do for the day.

I'm not sure if this is temporary or will fix itself. Maybe my problem is different. My internet seems to deny services to any and all or ccp websites. I have been unable to login for 12 hrs. And even though I pay for 5 accts and I am leaving with a empty training que for two week ccp petition says I'm not considered stuck and not a top priority. I pay half as much for a phone service but I guarantee they would make it a priority to fix my denial of service that is obviously to blamed on them. A very upset paying customer

CCP doesn't care, you paid already.

If both of you cared to read the issues other people mentioned above and if you had a normal ability to comprehend what you read, you would already know by now that the issue you are experiencing is not CCP's fault, but due to network routing issues. According to the link Chribba (thanks for that information Blink ) posted it seems to be related to a major fiber breakdown.

So everyone just stay calm and learn how to set up a VPN or proxy or ssh tunnel to non-affected servers.
