Why would you need to believe in Chemtrails when you can find all sorts of interesting and potentially biologically altering chemicals in your food just by reading the ingredients list posted on the box?

I have a few rules for evaluating whether I'll even consider a conspiracy theory:

1) A conspiracy must have motive.

2) The more complex the conspiracy, the harder it is to keep the secret.

3) There can't be a simple and logical explanation for the event(s) in question.

Chemtrails fail on all accounts. "Mind control" isn't a motive. They have to have a goal, something they're controlling us towards. I don't see any clear direction being taken by any group that possesses mind control clouds. Plus, as old as the chemtrails theories are, such a conspiracy would require the silence of tens of thousands of airline and chemical plant workers, reports, government inspectors...anyone who might come in contact with this substance.

This video is all the argument I need for the fact that some people skip right over logic and go straight to "someone must be out to get us" when they see something new and different.
