2006 MBP better under XP?

2006 MBP, runs most mac items decently, however EVE Online has been falling into the dust, despite currently running 10.6.

would the ATI X1600 run better under windows XP?

Depending what you want to do with it.

It will run better than on MacOs for sure.

but the X1600 has almost no VRAM. so expect to set details to minimum if you want smoothness and avoid at all cost the captain's quarter, even the 'load station environment" if you can.
