So, I'm a trader and would like to get an 8.0+ or higher with Caldari Navy (for jita 4-4 station).

I've heard of people that "sell standing". I'm guessing that that's you sitting afk in the system fleeted with them and they fleet turn in the missions.

Does anyone do this anymore?
If so, can anyone recommend anyone that does this and how much it costs?

No one has told me about anyone that *currently* does this... However,
Someone is currently selling it to me.

If it works out, and if he want's to do it for other people, i'll refer him :)

You cannot share faction standings. When will people finally learn?
/edit: What those services do is share CORP/AGENT standings so you can run your own lvl4 and then get YOUR OWN storyline missions which give you (and only you) a faction increase.

Sometime in the future, maybe 3 months from now, when im finished with my own alts, I may start a service like this.

It will be something along the lines of:

Person in fleet will have to fully collateralize a 1.5B blitzing ship (Varg/Pally/Mach/Nightmare), as for pricing, I have no clue as to how to approach this as of the moment, But I think that can probably be waived if the Customer himself can show good hard facts pointing to the fact of him/her not having any scamming ETC type alts or being himself, one deserving no trust.

Charge per +1 standing?, As you can see this hurdle alone is the EASY part.

Trust, in eve online is non-existent, only word of mouth + your own backround checking is the best thing we have.


As for trust, that might be the hurdle, that I doubt any one other then Vaerah and Chribba would be able to cross with ease.

Anyone that does L4's or L5's for CalNavy (are there CalNavy L5?) can do it. You just need to be online to accept fleet when they run missions. I only do mission sharing with noobs to help get them up quickly, so I can't help. But just his Sirrpala (sp?) or some other place where L4's are run and someone might help.

There's people offering such in the sell forum.

I'd suggest you'd use a 3rd party if you feel insecure about the service though as most reliable services will use that unless they are trusted enough themselves (always do your research).

I've never sold standing before, but I have a bit too much of them. They have accumulated over the many years that I have played. Right now I am raising a new corp member's standings, so now is not a good time for me. I would consider this in the future.

Actually not. Going from 0 to 1 is way easier than going from eg. 5 to 6.
