I've heard a lot of people use a 100MN AB on the Tengu but I've yet to find anyone with a fit. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to offer one up so I can check it out and see if one would work for me. Thanks!

It's grrrrrrrreat!

I tried to fit one... but you usually have to use the power core multiplyer or install 1 or 2 RCUs to fit it. Seems betetr to go for an MWD with the cap regen subsystem?

MWD= cap+radius penalty (and stability) makes it overall worst than 100MN AB

Some of your guys have interesting fittings for 100MN AB Tengu's Blink

You can get out of it something like this or maybe better/worst:
450/500dps
80+ K EHP without implants, boosters, fleet bonus, titan/s bonus
100+ shield regen (can also change the fit for little less ehp and 1SSB adding a lot more tank)
1670m/s AB on and 2400 overloaded without sig penalty
Cap stable over 70%

The cap and sig aren't the biggest selling points of 100MN fits (although both are nice) - the big thing is the ability to burn away at speed even when scrammed.

However, they're not iwin buttons and if you overuse one in a given area, expect the locals to get annoyed and start fielding hard counters that will do very bad things to you. You should have plenty of seat time and lossmails in more conventional kiting ships before trying one unless you want to end up dying in silly situations to embarrassingly small numbers of hostiles. Also note that they don't come cheap, even by the standards of T3s - your choices range from "quite expensive" to "really stupidly expensive."

Here is a relatively cheap buffer fit:

[Tengu, 100MN, buffer]
Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Internal Force Field Array I
Reactor Control Unit II

Gist C-Type 100MN Afterburner
Federation Navy Stasis Webifier
True Sansha Warp Disruptor
Large Shield Extender II
Invulnerability Field II
Photon Scattering Field II

Heavy Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Heavy Missile

Medium Ancillary Current Router II
Medium Warhead Flare Catalyst II
Medium Warhead Rigor Catalyst II

Tengu Defensive - Supplemental Screening
Tengu Electronics - Dissolution Sequencer
Tengu Engineering - Capacitor Regeneration Matrix
Tengu Offensive - Accelerated Ejection Bay
Tengu Propulsion - Fuel Catalyst

Thanks for the suggestions. This at least gives me something to go on and it just seems I was just a bit off as far as the fitting goes. I appreciate it.

100MN AB makes Drakes do something like 30-50 DPS when you're up to speed. Unless you're webbed, they won't be able to scratch your tank. Kills frigs pretty fast thanks to rigor rigs and web. Active tank isn't impressive compared to a X-L shield booster Sleipnir or Maelstrom (unless you throw in HG crystals, links and blue pill), it's not meant for brawl tanking, but just to rep whatever DPS you aren't kiting or sig-tanking. Dissolution sequencer sub helps deal with ECM drones and Falcons, cap regen sub means you can run both AB and shield booster together for over 10 minutes without needing to inject. The only downsides are the middling DPS (somewhere around 530ish with some missile implants) and super high pricetag.

Flying this without knowing what the **** you are a doing is basically an assassination attempt on your corp's killboard.

Having a 100MN AB on a T3 is fun for PVP. I use a Legion with an 100MN AB on it. You may not get the max speed when orbiting, but its perfect to GTFO . Even when being neuted by a Bhaalgorn, I have enough time to get out while running my cap booster. If a smaller fast ship follows....I have enough dps to kill it while being followed.
