L4 Tengu fit questions

I was playing around with the setup found here and came up with the following fit. This one is a bit easier on the skills overall (less cap skills, more sub-system skills) but costs more. Aside from some more passive recharge, the DPS should roughly be equal, maybe 2-3 percent less. I don't mind spending for the CNBCS; I can always pick them up with LP along the way. That means that the big expenditure for fitting is the two T2 rigs.

If someone wouldn't mind, could I get a quick critique of this? In particular, is the Rigor rig worth it?

It looks great in pyfa, comparable in DPS/tank to a Navy Domi I've run before. If you propose changes, please keep the faction gear to minimum. ISK/hr is not a concern. Thanks in advance.

Just throwing this out there, another opinion.

1 less bcu = +DC2 (the forth bcu not worthy imho AND gives you better tank)
1 less SBA for SE better imho

2 riggor (T2 versions are not that expensive)
1 flare (same above)

Side note on the Tengu's tank: back when the Tengu was my primary L4 mission boat, I had a single Pithi B-Type Small booster, Shield Boost Amp II, one Photon Field II, one Invulnerability Field II, and a 10MN afterburner. That was enough tank for every level 4 mission I ran as long as I didn't get webbed down, including the bonus room of Angel Extravaganza. The speed and size are a huge part of your tank in a T3.

PVP is a question with no single right answer, but a lot of wrong ones.

Great, thanks so much. I'll have to play around a bit with the fitting and skills. That C-type booster isn't out-of-control expensive and it's ******* amazing. Two posts and my horizons have expanded!
