As all we know, Super Capitals can't dock on stations. What if Super Capitals become station for theirself? Also, it's well know that you need to be member of an Alliance or big corp to be able to have one, and you need to fly it on null sec.

As Alliances controls territories, it could be possible to have an option to anchor a titan somewhere where you have sovereignity and onlining it as a pos/station, your devired sovereignity renders it invulnerable in it's station form, allowing you to leave it in a smaller ship or use it's cloning capacity or whatever else you want to do.

This.

Also, there are technical reasons why it's impossible to dock in a ship. That won't change any time soon because they have said that they won't change that any time soon because of the nightmare that it would be from a coding standpoint.

Why?

Both false. I'm quite sure I've seen a few NPC corp titans/supers on eve-kill, characters who most likely bought the super from someone else who was in the alliance that built it. Pandemic Legion is also a perfect counterexample to the latter part of your statement - they don't hold any sovereignty at all, all of their supers are based in lowsec (when not on deployment).

No super pilot with half a brain would EVER use this feature. You'd have alliances camping these super/stations 23.5/7 with cloaked cyno HICs and DICs so that when the super pilot returns to use his ship, he gets tackled and dropped the moment he comes unanchored.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)

Read the CSM Minutes. . . . They are working on alternatives, and it's not all that different from what you suggest.
