prolly a lot more but most recent was doing a tough (for me) level four mission and forgetting to turn it in, upon redocking... after spending damn near all 6 available hours for it, clearing it /sigh

not being able to tell the difference between a mag stab and a gyro for almost a year, i knew the difference in theory but because the icon was virtually the same I never noticed in practice.

Make sure you're actually in range from the jump bridge before trying to jump — it won't work otherwise and that fleet that keeps multiplying on the overview will start doing nasty things to you soon…

Make sure that if you live in a POS with shared hangars, and some corporate asshat wants to sit in your Navy 'thron, and he doesn't have the skills for Lg T2 Blasters, that you turn them back on BEFORE warping to engage a navy domi and rattlesnake.
