Id like to get a thread going for people to post what they would like out of a ship and how it can be done. For example, if I want a frigate that can kite from 100km effectively, people with good knowledge on how to do this (if its possible) post a fit for that design. If you can, please give fit info, skills needed and if necessary alternatives should the proposed fit not be possible.

Im hoping this is a good way for people to test out possible fits and get knowledge from experienced players. PVP or PVE, mining, probe scanning..pretty much whatever you need for the task at hand.

So, can someone give me a Brutix fit that I can have a seriously solid tank for missions without surrendering to much cap stability?

You want the missions and complexes forum, this is the forum for pvp.


Ships and modules is more the "fit" forum i think. Would be cool if Lork Arakkis could just figure out how to use google though, instead of making a thread every time he wants to do anything.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

They shouldn't be supported. That's not to mistake with people who want to LEARN how to think for themselves,
which you aren't, because you asked for specific fits. Yes, there's a huge difference you probably don't even know of.

Hey Arakkis,

Typically the community tends to respond poorly to those that don't show some effort to build a ship on their own first. I recommend that you get a tool like EFT or EVEHQ and start putting ship fits together there. If you feel that you are missing something or can't get it right then you can bring it to this forum for discussion. Personally, I like to see that you have at least made the attempt at something, even if its a terrible fit that you bring here (Be prepared for flame war as this is a public forum). If you are looking for general fits then I suggest that you look at Battleclinic.com as an option.

I would somewhat understand that thought process if this was with the intent on looking for a fit for myself. It was not. This was an attempt at a community thread that anyone could come in and get some insight on. Not just myself. So, for people to respond in the way that a middle school adolescent would isnt needed. And Im known to be one of the less serious people from my group of player friends, so when I say that its mildly disgusting the level of immaturity some people show, even moree so in this day an age than ever, says a lot.

What is the state of things when a person tries to be of help to others and the children who want some attention they are probably missing elsewhere chime in for that purpose or the even more immature purposes of chiding someone? To that I say, act their age, not their penis size.

You should consider that you're not *actually* (aka: in the long run) helping people by giving them fittings to use.

Maybe, maybe not. That is a bit of excessive thought. Just because they find a fit doesnt meant that they cant learn from it and adapt it to other areas they may be working towards fit wise.
