Cheap L3 Blitzer?

I need standings on my indy alt for refining. I will be blitzing L3 missions (this is still better than L4's right?). I have the isk to pimp a Tengu, however, I would prefer to just get a cheap ship instead of tying my isk up on a ship for a purpose I would normally not ever do.

I will either be running Core Complexion missions or Wiyrkomi Peace Corps. I can fly just about any ship (lacking T2 hybrids though). I have considered a Cane or Drake, but would any T2 cruisers be any better?

no, arty cane or drake is pretty much perfect.

Drake will blitz your LVL III's np.

I'd say active Drake or Nighthawk. Gunboats might encounter range issues ... lots of L3 spawn are far apart.
You could also use a combination missile boat and gunboat, swap as needed.

Takes roughly 75-100 L3 missions to bump it up to 6.7+ (from 0). Faster if the NPC corp's medium sized or smaller.
Even faster still if you get your storylines from the same corp.

I'll have to go with Drake as well. Another option is Myrmidon with Sentries. Can only use 3 but they got good damage and awesome range, but since you have missiles trained already you probably already know the right answer for you.
