Kamela Falls to Matari Militia

All drama over Amarrians turning their coats and shooting their own aside.

It was a massive achievement for the Republican Militia to take Kamela from the Empire. Once upon a time I fought from that base in the Fraction and we saw the climax of the Space and Freedom campaign writ bright with violence and clash of arms against the stars to drive the crusaders to hisec. To return again in alliance with the TLF and see Amarrian sovereignty stripped from Kamela was a lovely experience and I was proud to fly with bold and courageous comrades in the effort.

Perhaps one day we'll go further and use the momentum to liberate Providence once again!

Providence may be a likely target actually, simply because the militia is going to need something to shoot at.

This couldn't be more true...although there are whispers of taking on the Caldari next. In any case, there will be new targets.

They can just shoot at one another.

If such ill-advised actions were taken I think the TLF may discover that the State Protectorate not only has numbers vastly superior to those of the 24th Imperial Crusade, but also a militia of superior organization and dedication with many of the 24th IC's elite capsuleers currently among it's ranks.

It is therefore the opinion of this lone Deteis, that the TLF's efforts would be best applied by pressing onwards into Providence. There the TLF may continue to deal damaging blows towards their true enemies, those who enslave their brothers and sisters, while at the same time avoiding the instigation of hostilities with a foreign empire that the Minmatar Republic is not formally at war with.

But if for whatever misguided reason the TLF should decide to attack Caldari sov know this, it is very unlikely that the Protectorate will face such an act of aggression as the Crusaders have, in rusty destroyers.

I am really surprised Wolfsbrigade would turn against their own!

How sickening.

Our true enemies are not the Caldari. To respond with such myopia is abhorrent. Such a demonstration of callousness for the loss of both Minmatar and Caldari crews in the pursuit of fulfilling one's personal vices is not what I have come to expect of a member of EM. Perhaps my previous assessment was made in ill-judgement.

Within the last few weeks, several quite large pvp corporations and alliances have joined Caldari. Estimates put it around 1500 pilots new to the theater. Luckily for the Gallente, whenever the Caldari are on the verge of victory a Caldari civil war breaks out to determine who will lead the militia.

Technically speaking, I ran.

Kim-haani;

I would like to take this opportunity to extend to you a suggestion. Even if you did not shoot at allies, your organization did, and you stand with them. Perhaps now is a good time to tender resignation to the Wolfsbrigade and publicly declare that you are a Patriot of the Caldari State, and not a rogue mercenary whose guns are bought and sold like so much livestock?

Regardless, I'm glad you saw sense and evacuated the area. May the future bring you better fortunes.

She has, if you'll check her current corporation you'll find that Miss Kim is currently an enlisted pilot in the State Protectorate.

I never held any major role in Wolfsbrigade nor represented the corporation, I am just a gunner and speak only for myself, and making public declaration about resignation won't be correct for my case: I am not a public person and I don't seek attention. It seems I owe an apology to you, Graelyn and Oniseki-haani, who assumed that I stayed, because I didn't declare anything. Once I said, that I am staying at war until it ends or until I die, and I am keeping my word.

Scherezad wrote:

I don't see such declaration as a necessity too, since disregarding what uniform I wear, Caldari or Amarr, I was, I am and I always will be patriot of the State. My actions speak for me and my oath guides me, what others think about me is irrelevant.

Scherezad wrote:

I don't like to speak about myself, but just for clarification: no, I am not a person for hire, and I doubt any of you will have enough money to bribe or buy me. What does matter for me, is honor, duty, loyalty and friendship.

Scherezad wrote:

As a fighter for Caldari State, I have visited Kamela a couple of times after I ran and the situation there isn't so dire. While minmatars have gained ability to dock, they didn't earn actual right to undock. When I was sitting right next to the station, that I can't dock into, only a couple of minmatar vessels have passed by, and those, who didn't end up being a wreck, was running away at accelerated speeds, among them were Jade Constantine, Anya Sulii and many others so called 'freedom fighters'. Seems more like 'freedom runners' now. So much for one Caldari gunner. The trend is obvious: minmatars simply can't get hold on this system, and, I believe, it will become Amarr back pretty soon.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.
