WTB: Subcap only pilot, large budget

I am looking for a char without any cap skills at all, so

no
fighters,
fighter bombers,
capital turrets,
capital engineering skills
please.

The only thing I don't mind from cap training is jumps skills (for BLOPS)

The higher the sp the better but anything over 50m sp should be fine if it's combat focussed.

My budget is very open, I should be able to afford any 130m+ sp toon atm so please don't view this as a contraint.

I prefer mail contact.

I have extemely well focused skills. While only 46m SP, I have the the subcap calibur of a character far older due to the focus.

right track, just would prefer more sp for a pirate char, i'll be using him in hi sec mainly. i don't mind working sec up again just needs to be a 70/80 m sp char for me to bother doing that

Man!, so many people with nothing to do but harass folk.

I just responded to offers here because it makes it clearer to other potential sellers whether their chars meet my needs. I did not solicit further discussion in thread and I did mention that I prefer mail contact at the start.

I thought ISD was supposed to help in the forum not be a hindrance but looking at the last few posts you made ISD TYPE40 you have to wonder.

Do they give you a jellybean per post or something that you need to interfere in every thread?
There are two threads you commented that the sale was made.... so you locked the thread, lol.

Ok, I've vented now, I feel much better.

One last thing though, if I was selling a char instead of buying, does saying "no thanks" to a lowballer constitute a bump? How the hell does anyone know the current situation if you aren't allowed to respond to offers (be they buy or sell)?

Oh, btw still looking for a char.
