Well several of the children in my gold for cash sweatshop are as young as 5. Seriously, how hard is it to show a child how to click an object and hit F1 to mine then tell him to do it on 28 computers?

I would say it depends on the activity and level of interactions with others.

Under 13 I would say with close adult supervision and limited comma.
13-18, if mature, responsible, and respectful, solo is fine. If not, go elsewhere we don't need the drama.
18+ who cares, let them make their own call.

Reality says that there is no way to enforce an age limit on the server side.
And judging from in-game behavior, and forum postinig, I'd guess a minimum of 20% of the population is under 13...and least mentally.....Cool
