Requesting a Tengu fit for ratting in Stain (solo)

Also could use recommendations for what hardwirings to plug in.

I got roughly a month and a half of training to do before I feel comfortable flying it, but I want to get an idea or two in case I need to make any alterations in my plan.

Subsystems is the importaint part, simply put for a full damage cloaky-tengu you use:
Defensive: Adaptive Shielding (+1 high -1 mid compared to Amplification Node)
Offensive: Accelerated Ejection Bay (max damage, 5 launchers 5 highs) or Rifling Launcher Pattern if you have awesome drone skills (if rifling go 3 CN BCU's and 1 Drone Damage Amp)
Electronic: Whatever (really, anything goes, Emergent Locus Analyzer for 4 mids and high CPU or Dissolution Sequencer for lock times + high CPU but 3 mids 1 low)
Engineering: Augmented Capacitor Reservoir, simply put 1 high + 1 launcher no other valid choices if you want to max dps.
Propulsion: Whatever you like. I go Fuel Catalyst

Picking according to this can give you either:
7 highs (6 launchers + cloak)
5 mids
4 lows

or

7 highs (6 launchers + cloak)
6 mids
3 lows

or

7 highs (6 launchers + cloak)
5 mids
3 lows


Allowing you to cap out on DPS and still have a cloak for safety.

This is my first attempt using EFT. I'm not quite sure what dmg type Sansha does, but resists are EM=75%, Therm=89%, Kin=84%, and Exp= 73% with this fit.
Also had to pimp it a bit in order to lower the CPU need which was affected by the rigs mostly.
