I've just upgraded my trusty raven to a RNI, but with rigor rigs, it seems either caldari navy BCUs or dread guristas BCUs are required because of the tight cpu.

Having just bought the RNI I'm quite short of isk, so I was thinking of trying to get some dread gurista ballistic controls to drop - can anyone tell me the best place to find them?

Go to Deklein region and start ratting - You should get a faction spawn every hour if you do it right...

Judging by your current experience level in this game do that.

Don't take the RNI into low sec or 0.0 on your own.

lol, didn't know that. i fly mostly armor ships. maybe faction hardeners then? they are less expensive (if OP doesn't use them already)

Yeah this is causing me the most headaches... gonna try a L shield booster instead - not sure it will restore enough but I'll give it a go.

Also discovered during brief research into this post that Kaikka Peunato is gay. Slash fic anyone?

Get CN BCU ... with FW pouring in dump after dump of nice faction stuff ... they shouldnt be too badly priced either.

On the edge of charted space there is a little known bar few Hi-Seccers have seen. A hang out to some of the most ruthless and cut throat pirates in the galaxy of New Edan. Men who would kill you twice just to see if you updated your clone. None of this mattered to intrepid young space hero Chimpy B, a man on a desperate mission. One so desperate that if he failed the consequences were unimaginable. He would have to use Meta Items on his CNR. If he succeed the great riches of a small DPS increase would be his along with the fame that came with it. Chimpy was man, nay a hero determined to melt the universes ship scanner with his Faction Fit CNR swag. The voice of Aura told him he was cleared to enter the station and he steeled himself for whatever Dust 514 sh*t that could go down.

Walking the promenade of the station he spotted what he was sure was the place he was looking for. The Flashy Red Pickle. The pink camouflaged walls gave off a feelings of masculinity and strength. Most other pirate hang outs used the ancient Jolly Roger from before pink was universally agreed upon as the most piratey color in New Edan. The average pirate bar owners didn't have the Velds to flaunt their pink pirate pride in the face of Concord. Not the Flashy Red Pickle.

Chimpy set his overview for Gurista but suddenly his eye screens fizzled and he went blind. Chimpy knew some pirate must have ECM'd him as Guristas were often known to do. He flailed his arms and legs kicking wildly at the air, Chimpy would not be biomassed without a fight. Turning suddenly he found a target and locked it, range 30 meters. He pressed show info. [Barista - A livestock item bred for the serving of coffee in New Edan's many quality Starbucks Coffee Houses.] Cursing how close the B was to the G key and likewise the I an U keys he set his overview straight and prayed no pirate had Frapsed this.

One name stood out on his overview. Kaikka Peunato, the only Pirate who had a unique non random NPC generated name. He must have been high ranked and knew where he could get a Dread Guristas BCU. Approaching the booth where the fearsome pirate sat alone Chimpy sized up the man, he was NeX Store up and down. Slicked down black hair and a magnificent long moustache which he twirled between his fingers, fingers painted in deadly pink warpaint. The man looked up with murder in eyes, reaching down to his belt he gripped a floppy pink 10" rubber club, riveted for maximum damage to whatever part of the body it was thrust at. "What do want carebear."

Chimpy's blood froze so hard a Mackinaw could mine it. Activating his 3% antifreeze implant he soldiered on. "My name is Chimpy B. and you have something I want."

No man spoke to Kaikka Peunato that way, he was impressed with his bravery. "I'm no NPC Sell Order kid but I'll listen. What is it you want?"

"A Dread Gurista BCU."

Kaikka laughed jovially. "I'm an officer kid. DG stuff is nothing."

"Then I can have one?" Chimpy asked hopefully.

"For 90mil sure."

Chimpy's joyful face fell. "I don't have 90mil, I'm broke."

Kaikka looked the tight T-Shirted capsuleer up and down. "Perhaps we can work out an arrangement." He beckoned the young man closer with his finger and Chimpy slid into the booth. Running his finger up the mission runners smooth chin he leaned in close. "It's been a wile since I've docked in + Sec station if you know what I mean."

Most men would be scared but Chimpy wasn't most men. He had a N-Type Kinetic Membrane equipped to his Lows for just such an emergency. "Anything is better then doing 3 or 4 more Lvl 4 Missions to get it. Okay I'll do it."

Kaikka smiled cruelly. "Here in the booth." Chimpy gulped but nodded to the pirate. Kaikka took him onto his lap and stroked his cheek. Leaning close to his ear he licked the outer shell slowly then whispered "I just got a new 250mm Carbide and you're going to love the reach."

"Permission to dock granted." Chimpy said cuddling his chest up close to the pirates strong body.

To bring Kaikka's Modified Pen1s Hardener online requires 35.00 cpu units, but only 15 of the 60 units that your labido produces are still available.

"This has never happened before... I swear."
