My EVE

This thread is ment to show of some of the many kinds of graphic bugs my computer produces while playing eve. In most games i would like to fix them, but here they are sometimes so diverse and pretty that they are kind of interesting. Even though kind of annoying in harsh battles that can cost me my ships. They always come along with some heavy lagging. If i zoom in and out for a bit and turn the map arround i always find a spot where it works normaly again. I started a habit of taking screenshots of them and want to share some of them with you (:#

Sadly i took only pictures and cant show you the whole beauty of my bugs. While zooming and turning they change shape and size.

I'm a drone-addict and you will mostly see either a Vexor or a Dominix on my pictures (:

Number 1: Vertical blue lines
They change width and position while turning. They are paired with some blue shapes flying arround and moving (:

Number 2: Yellow Paintbrush
The background becomes a tight yellow grid with some spots becoming tighter than others until they almost like like a plain yellow area. Grid-gaps change while turning. Some spots even become normal.

Number 3: Orange beams
Some huge orange beams cross my screen. Positioning and size change as always

Number 4: Rainbow shapes
This is one of my personal favorites. Beatiful green, blue, brown and purple shapes in different forms and sizes. They are sometimes paired with the Vertical lines of Number 1

Number 5: black and white chess grid
This one is also very beatifull. White and Black dots in different sizes make for a good picture. Especially the big white dots improve the view a lot.

Number 6: Everything is red and orange
This one takes it to a whole different area. The whole background becomes plane red with the coloring slowly changing into orange. Here you can see all different tones of orange on a single screen.

Number 7: Weird rainboy
What if you would see a rainbow from far far away while wearing red-colored glasses? And what if those glasses would let through all white light perfectly? This is what you would come up with.

I thank CCP for making a game where not just the game but also the bugs are very complex and diverse. Its sometimes a lot of fun just looking at them.
I saw many more over the last month but i didn't save all of them. Maybe i will deliver some more at a later time.

Which one is the prettiest in your opinion?

^This, probably overheated and burned out a physical part of the memory, but not enough to stop it working. Do you smoke? Do you have pets? Do you use "dry" deodourant? Get some pipe cleaners or an old toothbrush (preferably both) and clean your rig out! If you know what you're doing at all (or know someone who does), try using some compressed air along with re-seating everything (and replacing thermal compound ofc).... i've no doubt others will correct me, but that's what i'd do :)


They're pretty pictures though; tough to pick a favourite. I'm loving the random shapes but the orange lasers all over the screen has to be my favourite ;D
