I see goons still have the knack for hogging the limelight in other peoples legit threads :P

Truth is most of them don't have a sense of humour outside this forum. I joined them and immediately troll-poasted on their forum and was subsequently barred from poasting and kicked from corp I was in lol.

Trust me, when you get in goons, it suddenly gets a whole lot more serious Shocked Ya can't even take a break from eve!

Of course it's serious. It's ******* internet spaceships. What could possibly be more important?

I love it when NPC alts pretend to have a clue about anything eve-related.

please do it.

Tedium and difficulty are not the same thing, if you don't realize this then STFU about game design.

Why? It's a mutually beneficial arrangement.

It is human nature to see and expect the best out of cultures and groups that we like and see and expect the worst out of the ones we don't. Its where things like nationalism and racism come from.

Because you're obviously just a weak goon pet, so obviously all you're experiencing is being told what to do, where to go, and how much to pay for the systems you're renting. Denidil says so. :colbert:

That's very deep. Did the other hippies at the commune like it when you ran it by them?

all joking aside it is an accurate observation. We do tend to judge a group by the members of that group we see the most. see: all the goons posting in this thread other than Xinivrae.

I had an amusing thought - maybe i should join with my low-SP tackle alt just to see if goons are as bad as the public image they present or not :P

Maybe you should. You might even change your mind. Imagine that.

And if not, you can catch a ratting Tengu and awox it, and laughs will be had by all (well, most).

I think it's time to stick a fork in this thread. Clearly no one can attain to the OP's high standards of behavior in a massive multi-player online internet spaceship game.

Have you considered Rote Kapelle or Rooks & Kings? People do not seem to denigrate them much. Perhaps they would suit your tastes in internet spaceship companionship.

Join a lowsec pirate alliance.. They are far more 'casual player' friendly.

Hint hint, we are recruiting experienced US TZ PVP pilots :)
