Instead of reviewing alliances - look at corporations.

Alliance wise, "probably" but small. Corporation wise - yes but they tend to try and keep out of the lime light.

Tossing such statements as you did will tend to draw attention and fire from the more superpower types there and they don't need the kind of slapping they'd get from having someone state such opinions on the state of nullsec in the fashion you did.
