Passive Tank Ships?

I had a good laugh fitting a Drake with a passive tank last night. Did Lvl 4s solo with ease. Took a little longer than with my CNR due to the lesser damage of HMs on BS, but it has me wondering what other ships stats naturally suit a passive tank? Anyone know? Particularly with regard to Caldari.
