I was always wondered if there is some kind of map or database, which will tell you which stations are open for public and which not. Is there something like this ?

There are not many Freeports in EvE... only a handful. Providence region experimented with this for a while... your best bet is there. Generally though, the safe assumption is that docking is restricted on 99% of player owned (conquerable) outposts. The problem is Goons and TEST. When they learn of a Freeport it's usually they who go in and make sure it's not 'free' for long. ...but if the new POS mechanic goes down like we hope it does, there could be too many for even they to keep up with. Guess we'll see. All I can say is that ships gonna die, foo.

Hm, interesting things seem to go on when ports are declared "free" ....

I didn't know we did that.

Whats the definition of "free"? Sure the stations in providence are accessible to anyone who is not an enemy of CVA, but that doesn't mean docking and service fees don't apply.

Free to dock at your own discretion. It would seem smelly without fees.

Reopen the EVE gate so we can invade Serenity. Goons can go first.
