Well I made my usual character valuation trick of putting everything relevant to the ship specialisation into EVEMon and checking the SP total. You have just under 18M Carrier-Relevant SP. At a generous 500 isk/SP for only these skillpoints your characters true value is roughly 11.5 billion.

So that's my bid.
