Game broken and no help from support

I can log in so far but when the loading bar fills on 'entering station' dialogue box game halts, i can press escape and access chat and a few short cuts, but cant access inventory, apparently on my char details i have no ship or capsule or nothing, posted a petition for help roughly a week back now and not one reply as to what's going on, losing game time here and would like to know what is going on, seen a few other topics about char freezing and nothing being done, just wondered if there's an all round problem after latest patch???? would like to get back to playing eve

did you file a petion under the "stuck" option? Those usually get answered in 1 day

i did file it under stuck, but for some reason it posted in game play, or some other one. its my second one i posted, did the clear cache and settings and thought it had worked but it only progressed further to get stuck again lol

In these type of cases (you are utterly unable to access or play the game) it is best to file a petition under "Stuck Character". These petitions are filtered out with a very high priority and if we truly consider it a "stuck" case (which this definitely is) we will usually get to it within the hour.

Btw, a quick list of thing you can always try:
- Relog
- Clear your cache (not settings)
- Run repair.exe from your EVE folder (if you are playing on a Windows client)
- If close (within an hour or so) to downtime; wait until after downtime
- Make sure you are not blocking EVE with your firewall and make sure that your virus scanner isn't interfering
- Verify that your ISP isn't suffering from connectivity issue at that point in time
- Check our website to see if we are experiencing any issues

Best of luck with that one - there are very very few ISPs who will admit to any problems, much less tell first-level support about the problems.

Hilmar proved the ONLY way to get CCP's attention was to attention whore, it seems the community took this to heart. Maybe next time we can discuss things like rational people instead of having to crash a node and riot in game to make CCP think we are serious. But until an issue gets fixed by CCP after someone asks nicely the atention whoring will continue.

Step 1 in the ISP employee troubleshooting guide, oh you are having trouble with your game? Well you're game must be broke cause I see nothing wrong with your connection... wait a minute I've heard that somewhere before... I think it was " The logs show nothing."
