The three remaining Captains Quarters are not coming in this patch but will be arriving as part of the winter expansion. You can read more about what is coming in CCP Zulu's blog.

Community will be publishing an announcement tomorrow with the downtime schedule and full patch notes and we expect this to happen around noon Smile
