[WTB] Simple miner

As per title, looking for a focused mining toon. I'll be very specific with what I need.

Needs to have:
Ice harvesting & Mining V
Mining barge & Exhumers V
Refining IV
Astrogeology V
Drones IV

Bonus (What I will pay extra for):
Any of the ore processing skills, excluding ice (Up to IV ONLY)
Mining drone operation, Drone Interfacing, Mining upgrades (Up to IV ONLY)
Drones V
Attribute Implants - Basic (+3's), Standard (+4's), Nothing more or less
Skill implants - Mining and/or Ice harvesting related ONLY
Said character not looking like a gaywad (Or resculpt available)
Available attribute remaps / Unassigned skillpoints

What I will NOT pay extra for (If it's there, I factor it out of the price):
Everything else

I WILL take a character with all those bonuses on it, and pay the extra for it, however I would strongly prefer just the barebones listed above.

Looking to pay 1.9bil, but willing to go higher, as well as for the bonuses.

Also not willing to make the sale immediately. Will be looking at all available options over the next few days. Thanks for your time.

Most typical hulk pilots go for 1.5bil with the required core skills I listed. I offered .2 more, with the option to go a bit higher if really necessary, AND extra for those bonus skills. Not unreasonable at all.

Maybe for a PvP toon? Doing the math correctly, it's almost exactly 3mil sp I'm looking for, barebones, with this toon. Not even, around 2,900,000. This is a fair price, there are plenty of 4mil sp miners on here going for 1.5.

Deff looking for more then you are offering but we might be able to work something out for a package deal if you buy more then one..

Also just a side note... your prices are a little light, especially considering the mining buff that just released.... jus

The mining upgrades V on any of those toons I won't factor in, and none of them have drones IV or Exhumers V, but I'd be interested in two of them.

Yes, but no one seems to be realizing that I'm only paying for what I posted. I don't want a complete, well rounded toon with tank/core skills to V/other science/indy skills.

Yeah i mean all of them have the skills in there hangers for the crystals and the basic tanking skills which ill leave with em but i can work out a deal for 2 make me an offer..
