Both towers are owned by small corps of 3 people each, though the one is in an alliance. So if you are interested in the job how much would you charge and what kind of timeline would I be looking at?

If they are in an alliance the cost goes up, both for war dec and what it will cost you. Many people will blow up a hisec pos just to get at the goodies. So if you care nothing about loot drops send the location.
