Character is not close to what is advertised - reported.

Also 10B for a T3 link char is a bit crazy since Off-Grid Boosting is going to be removed.

No, he means the Warfare Link Specialist skill that when at level 5 allows you to fit Command Processors for multiple ganglinks and also confers a rather large bonus in effectiveness to individual links. It's really quite important.

Missed that one, my bad. I'm not forbidding anyone bidding under starting bid, you are all free to do so. However i can't guarantee that I'll sell at the end of the auction if so. But I might.
