Hello happy forum people...

I would like to remind the CSM and CCP of the following issue:
Making refitting of t3 strategic cruisers possible at Player Owned Stations.


This issue has already passed CSM and CCP approval, and is classed as an 'Issue in Process'. However, I find that the communication on the progress of 'Issues in Process' is somewhat lacking, and wonder if this Issue is still actively being worked on.

Summarizing these sources:
- This issue has already been raised by players early in januari 2010 and was discussed by the CSM5 that same month.
- This issue was put forth by CSM 5 as an item for the release planning of the 2010/2011 winter expansion.
- This issue was one of the 14 CSM-related items that made the Winter Expansion list, it was classified as a 'Should'.

Quoting the CSM devblog, being classified as a 'Should' : "Should items are as important as Must items, but do not have the show-stopping criticality of a Must." The devblog also states that this functionality should "either be completed or be in active development."

I personally have not seen any statements, blogs, or changes regarding this issue since the quoted CSM devblog, apart from this one (post 7): http://community.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1508537&page=1#7

This leads me to question it's current progress. And I'm not the only one, there are plenty of forum threads asking whether refitting t3's at a POS is possible, while the wiki articles and alliance members simply tell me 'it can't be done'.

I would like the current CSM to verify if CCP is still aware of this issue, whether or not it is still on the list of 'things CCP would like to add to EVE' and if we can expect any progress on this in the near future.
