Game leaves audio noise

My soundcard is an Asus Xonar DGX 5.1.

When I start the game and then later exit the game, regardless of time spent playing, my computer repeats a portion of the sound that was playing as I logged out.

This only happens with the Eve client, no other game leaves this droning sound in wake of me exiting it.

I also have the problem with that soundcard. Has any solution been found?

Anyway, I also have this problem; so far the only workaround I have found is to disable and re-enable the sound card in the device manager. If anyone has a real solution I would much appreciate the help.
