To be honest... that's crap. Blaster Daredevils are actually easy to kill... Raildevils... yeah, not so much.

Just WHAT are you thinking? You want blasters to turn into AC, and AC to turn into blasters? Autos are meant to shoot that way. If anything needs to be done, it's the Rifter, and I mean RE-done, as in a buff.

I don't really agree but it doesn't really matter. It has nothing to do with the relative strengths of blasters or rails and everything to do with the strength of that web bonus.

It doesn't but sometimes the use of Megas can be good, probably because there's some times you can make use of them better than you can use anything else, there are always idiots jumping or running in to you, blasters in mega with tracking bonus can do wonders vs tackle but chances you get pop FTL are huge.

Rails mega In arty fleet? -lol'ish but Rokh yes can do very nice stuff

Small rails are good, unlike medium and to some extent large. They track well enough and do solid dps at very useful ranges. This doesn't mean small blasters are crap.

I think small blasters do well against autos and bigger ships, but this new golden era of Caldari missile frigs means that ranged frig fighting is just more common?

Anyway hybrid frig pilots have two choices, which is pretty nice imo.

However I can say that the blaster mega can do just about anything from alpha blob to fast cynable roams.
