Bounties office and collecting bounties?????

ok so the other day i was extremely bored stareing at the station services tabs when i noticed the bounties office. can somebody anybody explain to me how can you successfully become a bounty hunter and collect those bounties and if the persons or people with bounties can be killed anywehere. (even in highsec) or is the bounties services just for show??

Mostly just for show. More of a joke really.

You can't just kill a person unless you find them in low or 0.0 without Concords wrath.

So you need to be either at war with his corp. Or suicide his pod.

Make it so that once your bounty gets too high then you are red to everybody in hisec.


That would give more advanced carebears a reason to put bounties on my head that I can collect on my alts. Twisted
