Maintenance during downtime on Thursday, October 13

During downtime today we will be reformatting one of the system databases. This will require the database to go offline so all websites including the EVE forums, account management, EVE Gate and the API will be unavailable.

As a rule of thumb, if they do anything other than normal maintenance during downtime, it will always get extended regardless of what they say.
