I just stumbled onto this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLtHzH3uWis&feature=g-vrec. This looks like some amazing stuff. From reading the comments this guy is a very skilled player, but if a stealth bomber is capable of even half of this I want to fly one. A couple of questions though for anyone who bothered to watch it. Is that an AB and not a MWD? Seems like he's going really fast for an AB.

Also, what can an average pilot expect to kill in one of these things? Battlecruisers? Battleships? Are cruisers too small? Thanks.

And how does he warp disrupt something at 45km? Manticore doesn't have a bonus to warp disruption does it?

Skirmish link plus a RF disruptor works out to about 40km without overheating.

No, it does not. It is probably faction AB and faction warp disruptor fitted with t3 boosts. Although, even then 45km is pretty long range. I haven't EFT'ed to confirm this.

SB's biggest nightmare is light drones that most BSs and BCs carry, and interceptors. In addition, solo pvp in an sb is not recommended unless you're in nullsex making bombing runs on ratters n campers. The way he is actively solo-ing using only torps is not recommended, though do-able. What he's missing are target painters and another seige missile launcher he subbed with a smartbomb; which is why a lot of fights he has to leave because he can't kill the ships in time. I'm not an sb expert, but I would say he's using the ship incorrectly. w/e floats the boat, I guess.

It's a 10mn AB. Makes you go very fast without the sig bloom. Only drones and frigs can catch you. Smart bomb is for the drones, cap booster keeps it all going. It's a niche type sort of bomber but nothing you want to spend too much time in. Bombers are best used in teamwork taking out large targets.

I've been flying a SB quite a bit in FW and it's great fun. I spend most of my time bringing the hurt once we've got a target pinned and ready for the slaughter. They're not much of a solo ship though. I view them as heavy artillery for frig gangs in FW.
