I find amusing that people so easily accept that SOMERblink is a "scam" in the face of no real evidence whatsoever other than poor reporting on EN24.

Every business in EVE is a scam until proven otherwise beyond a reasonable doubt. And even then most are still scams. Blink

I am not surprised, anyone with a brain could clearly see the exploitation and fixing that could be done in the system that has no transparencies.

Somer Blink is not monitored or regulated by an laws or governing bodies. It is monitored by the people who profit from it.

After all what was the chance that they would actually get caught.

You would see people with seemingly little money consistently win in bids that had odds greatly against them. Then rise to become billionaires and trillionaires within a short amount of time.

EAT That Replacement 234, many suspected you were a shill and they were right!

Legitimate Casinos cannot get away with cheating as easily as Somer Blink can because they are required to by law to be monitored by members of the governing body. Laws are strictly made to prevent shill bidding and illegal rigging.

Somer Blink does not have to answer to anyone, only themselves, therefore the chances and risks of them getting caught is much much much smaller than a real life gambling system.

Its rather obvious, but I can understand that most people do not have the intellect to understand such things. After all most people are stupid, which is how Somer Blink managed to get away with its shill so easily.

LOL @ the idea that the law stops them from rigging.

But let's not make this thread political.

Rigging as in making it absolutely impossible to win and then using a shill to be the person that wins it.

Difficult chances make it seem like rigging but it is not, making it impossible is however rigging.

I love blink.

I'm also still ahead more than 1 billion isk, so I suppose I'm biased.

Its also beyond reproach because it prints isk with no loss to them. Every game they make money. Every single one.

With the way I've played blink, I've probably had a profit of maybe 5 bil or so, so far. It's not a scam....

Just because you have gotten lucky, it doesn't mean it's not a scam. I'm not saying it is a scam - I don't even play it myself, but one person's experience can hardly define whether something is a scam or not.
