Criminal Mechanic Addition

So a pilot becomes a criminal. With their low security status, they can only traverse into certain high sec areas with minimal risk, or everywhere with their capsule. They dock, and never have to undock again as their risk has just disappeared.

Why not do something as simple as disallowing the pilot to even dock in the high sec areas that they cannot fly ships anyways? Even if they had a 30 minute timer to basically have enough time to "get things done, and leave" (and not reset after log off), I think we would see things like bounties, being taken seriously to some extent. Basically the point is to push these pilots out into space so that they don't have a permanent safe haven in a high traffic area, thus making the so called risk feasible. Also, disallow such pilots to even use jump clones into systems with said security status. If they want to dock, jump, or trade in high-sec, they need to fix their security status.

To make it easy on CCP, they could make the pilot have a much longer GCC in the system, or even use the mechanic used for FW and docking at enemy stations (maybe a bad idea since you can dock in enemy high sec, but you get the idea).

I also think war targets and people I simply don't like, should be ejected into space from dock.

Yes, high sec is safe enough, and then some. That's not the point. The point is that if I don't like a criminal I can put a bounty on their head, but all they have to do is take their capsule to high sec, and start living in a station. If we change the mechanic, maybe bounties will actually serve a purpose for once; being the money we put on the heads of our enemies, knowing they will eventually get killed.

CCP allows scamming in this game, because it depicts a real-life situation; this does the same. Publically unknown criminals may be able to live and gather in high society areas, unlike known criminals that are shunned from various areas, or at the very least shopkeepers telling them to, "buy something, and get out". Why should we embrace such malicious activity, and not show repercussions for other such wrong-doings?

I have to say, adding war targets to this could make for some very interesting wars, and allowing the economy to increase in certain war-friendly areas. I think that might be a whole other idea alone, but I really like what could come of it.
