Started to type up a long winded reply on how the OP doesn't know how economics works and how it seems he just realized how a free market works, but realized it really wasn't worth trying to explain.

Well, aside from it most likely being a troll, you don't even have to go that far.

It fails on a fundamental logical level since it's built on the… ehm… less than solid foundation of begging the question.

His entire argument for why there is no inflation is based on the premise that ISK has a static value… which means that, yes, of course there cannot be inflation because he just disallowed the notion of dynamic ISK. He's resting his argument on an unproven assumption that inherently means the exact same as the conclusion he wants to reach through his argumentation, when what he actually needs to prove is that his assumed premise is correct to begin with (which is where you would come in to show that it isn't, could you ever be bothered to explain it).

I do feel slightly inflatered from it though.

Not only that but the fact that he's basing his premise on a short term singular sample in order to try and disprove inflation. Which to actually gauge inflation you need to look at it from a long term standpoint and a multitude of samples. However you are right, his idea that the value of isk is static was going to be the first thing to point out.

so goons were making plexes less valuable
