EVE Community Spotlight #5 - Clear Skies

The EVE Community Spotlight features interesting projects by the EVE Community for the EVE Community and while we have an incredible amount of interesting stories, interaction, tools, websites, guides and content in general that is worth mentioning (and eventually will be mentioned in future Spotlights) we cannot continue without having a closer look at the videos set in the New Eden Universe.

The EVE Community is one of the most creative and vibrant communities and therefore the amazing, funny and beautiful videos created by the EVE Community are beyond count. But amongst all these brilliant videos you can find a set of three videos that is extraordinary in many aspects and now it is time to have a closer look at this set.

The fifth spotlight is on Clear Skies. Lights on!

Clear skies is win and needs to have a fourth, fifth and sixth installment. He does storytelling better than lucas, too.

Then we can argue about if the prequels are better than the others. Blink

CCP should really consider releasing some of its in house movie making tools so that the next "Clear Skies" or next eve movie can have in game characters and ships shot from more dramatic angles.

Clear skies best skies. Anyone that hasn't seen the whole series should watch it now. Heck, stick it in the tutorial. You'll increase player retention, I can almost guarantee it.

Although I do wonder why they're incapable of portraying Gallente in a positive light.

Love Clear Skies. It made me come back to the game after 1,5 year EVE break..
Hopefully we will see more of this community based contributed features and movies highlighted..

Indeed, this was a true masterpiece!! I watched them manny times, and everytime I feel the same emotions and adrenaline!

All of my corp mates always remember of Clear skies whille playing eve!!! and always someone yells " It's Hot drop o clock!" in the right moment!!! Or just laugh entering in a Wormhole and we know that it is because of clear skies!!

I got to say that Clear Skies is one of those things that will stay in our memory for the rest of our life!

Hey,

Just a heads up, If money is the issue, check out www.kickstarter.com I am sure that you could raise the money for the next Clear Skies, it would be a shame to see this series end so soon!!, I for one would donate to that cause!
