Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

From 3rd party programs ISBoxer is legal. Reason for this is that you have to be at the keyboard.
You're allowed to use macro buttons on Logitech's gaming keyboards (for example G15) because there's no way you could run a long macros.

Almost everything you do to earn ISK in EVE that does not involve shooting things consist of:


  1. Set up your stuff
  2. Go afk
  3. Reap your reward


That includes and is not limited to PI, moon mining, reactions, trading, station trading, research, invention, datacores, copying, mining and a **** ton of other things to do. The only things that change is the effort it takes to set your afk income up and the reward you earn. "Afk" mining takes little effort to set up but your rewards are lousy and pathetic. Moon mining takes a lot of effort but your rewards are so damn high that you can do burn Jita for giggles.


Earning ISK afk is so common in EVE that it's a core principle of the game. Even the skill system lets you progress while being afk. Stop whining and go back to WoW if you don't like what you are playing. The door is that way. Arrow



The idea of the OP is sound. Would I be a miner I would consider it (not for 10m though P).

The part to me that would make it a bot is the fact he said you can drop from the fleet and rejoin it at anytime 23/7. I'm not sure about most other people, but I don't sit at the computer waiting for a conversation from people 23/7. I know for a bot, that's pretty easy to accomplish though. Get conversation request, invite to fleet. Pretty bot-like. Most players also don't get on right after DT and leave their game running until the next DT, but most bots do.

Really though, unless he's offgrid boosting inside a POS, he'll make a really attractive target for the gankers.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Evolution1979 you actually think ccp cares that someone is leaving their internet space ship afk in space boosting? with a fleet advert up in fleet finder? as far as i know any ship can be left in space afk with modules turned on... are you implying hat ccp should remove auto repeat and just have players click each module (ie hardners) each time they are taking damage?

seriously cant understand people that just try to act like a internet badass.

Op's service sounds a good idea for miners, stop trying to ruin his thread.....

In response to this: Well they made afk complexing bannable.
I see no difference to that, since you put out drones, put on tank and go afk.
I dont mind if people do this, but if ccp makes this bannable, then yea imo the boosting orca should also be bannable.

If you do not agree with my point here, then by all means, tell me the difference between the boosting orca and the afk complex farming domi in what exactly they are doing different? Big smile
