Why are there no T3 Pirate faction Cruiser's

I have been wondering this sense starting up the game again, seeing as the Pirate ship's IMO seem to be very adaptable and well rounded compared to a lot of the main and special ships.

So my question to all you out there, including CCP, why not add to the game Pirate faction T3 Cruiser's? It would add a new dynamic element to the mix of the game.

Personally I would be rocking a Locus/Covert/Nullifier Sansha's Nation T3 Cruiser for my Solo exploring and ratt salvaging, so what would all you guys out there say about this, what Pirate band's ships would you fly? Do you think there should be more T3's in the game on top of the four empire's?

Because it's special tech only known by those four factions...

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.

The only pirate group that would likely have this knowledge is Sansha.

Ok, cool, so I am not the only one who thinks that the Pirates should get some T3 love. with that said though, is CCP going to bring T3's to the Pirate Bands?

SO how many of these exist? 3? Being a pirate super one would think it would break the balance of pirate to t1 caps...?
Not that tiers are going to exist soon anyway. nor the current t3 balance. So it will balance out however it would need to, not what it its placement between "techs" would be on paper.

It would be neat to have a new hull, but the important thing is I don't see how any number of pirate t3 could perform a task any different than the current 4. What would be the unique roll? Other than the wanted higher bonus percentages.

Nope, so bad strategy on their parts. Not everyone goes there. Now they will have to be strategic. They are mostly using tactics, but their poordom does drive them to strategy perhaps.

Yes, but that triangle isn't a matter of tiers, so it'll still be around. In fact, if anything, reinforcing it is part of tiercide.

If you think of it though, T3 Cruiser Pirate Ships, AKA Pirate equivalents of Legion, Loki, Proteus, and Tengu. Would do like all pirate ships do now, fill the void/gap between the empire's current ships. Like Sansha T3's would be in a loose way like a cross between a Legion and a Tengu, or a Guristas T3 would be like a hybrid of a Tengu and a Proteus. Do you see what I am getting at, all be it in a very loose way.

So with that said why has it not been done, CCP only needs to balance it cleanly. Like the Guristas T3 would be geared towards fast Missiles and Drones, with trade-offs on one or the other or both depending on your subs.

Yes because CCP has shown to be capable to decently balance T1, T2 and the current T3 ships, right? Also, we really do need more cruiser hulls as it's obviously lacking. So in short; no.

Personally what I'd love is to see is T3 ships for all ship size levels for all factions and the empires. That would add an interesting dynamic to EVE, Imagine even Titans that could be designed from the ground up like your T3's, but first lets seriously look at how to make T3 Cruisers viable for the Pirates. Seeing that their ship options are a bit limited, all be it though specialized.

We don't even have pirate destroyers and BC's yet and you want to jump to T3's....
