Character Bazaar has been lacking lately, take a gander at this monster pilot (created on March 2004) :

Arrow22M SP in Gunnery (has multiple Spec 5 (Large Pulse Spec 5, Medium Autocannon Spec 5, Medium Pulse Spec 5))
Arrow 8M SP in Drones
ArrowMax Shield / Armor tank
Arrow28,6M SP in Spaceship Command
ArrowI can fly almost every subcap (no Mining Barges, Orca, Minmatar transport ships (same for Crane and Bustard) or Vargur, but that's it !)
ArrowThe only subcaps I might have some problems with are subcaps that use tech II Torpedoes / Cruise Missiles

Considering the clones and the really great skills (I don't see many useless skills), I'm pretty sure it can go higher.
