If I come across a player who is wanted, and listed with a high bounty
Will attacking and killing him make CONCORD come after me?

Yes...

Unless your at war his corp or he is that magic negative sec status that allows you to shoot him without corcord intervention.

Confirming Erotica referred a client to me last night.

He made the trip from Jita to Amarr.

Client and me concluded business and I helped him outwith some isk.

He made the return trip to Jita from Amarr.

I hear once safely back there Erotica helped him outwith some more too lol.
