Your actual maximum is 64788 because of shield EHP. Any more than ~30k DPS and I'd expect them to start volleying through your shields. It's probably even lower than that judging from the way Ivy League manhandled my Proteus with a carrier on it. :)

you forgot the blue pill, a few implants that increase shield recharge and amount, and a leviathan in local for extra shields

Also, your fuel catalyst subsystem should be a chasis optimization for that extra bit of speed tank :P

From the top of my head I'd say Rattlesnake? -I'm probably wrong.

And that Loki will never ever survive volleys unless of course against small gangs or disorganised fleets, you know dudes putting one gun in each ship to be on the KM's. I'd still pick the 1 Million HP Prot for bait Lol

If you use officer stuff you can get 158577 dps/tanked!

(That said you did forget the strong blue pill so actual the increase isnt that much!)

Also you could get 218313 dps tanked out of a tengu!

I'm not quite sure but doesn't that just mean some one will come along and alpha you over 3 seconds?
with say 15 artynados for certainty?
And with nothing to break lock, you will be scrammed and webbed to death.
