So it seems that it is quite common for research ques in hi sec to be in the 30 day range. When you put it in for ME research, can you research up to say ME 30 all at once or do you have to research 1 level and then put it in for another 30 day que?

Same question for copying, can you do multiple copies or just one copy per que?

I am sure these are silly questions but I have not done this before and I want to make sure I am not getting into this blind.

I always put my blueprints for the maximum possible ME that I can get out of an NPC station. I.E. 30 at a time.

Research and manufacturing jobs can be up to 30 days long, with the exception that you can always do one level or one run if that is over 30 days (example: copying titan BPOs).

I accept requests for research up to 30 days. I tend to have research slots opening daily, though I don't have a lot of copy slots (tons of ME and PE). I don't charge for collateral under 500 million ISK.

1. Send me an EVE-mail with the requested research. You can also ask for an estimate of when my next slot will be free.

2. Make a private item exchange contract with the BPO to me at any major trade hub (preferably Jita, but I don't mind travelling to the others). Set the amount to the NPC value of the BPO, or zero even (I have 55b of my own BPO, I really don't need to scam to get more).

Sounds like a service too good to be true. I am messing around with cheap BPO's anyway so I might hit you up Tau.

Does that apply only to station research, or will Mobile Labs in POS's also let you got over the 30 day cap? i.e. ME research for an Orca BPO.

Find a slot in your region that has the shortest queue. Add the bpo to the queue. Once the prior job(s) complete your job will start.

NPC research slots can have jobs that take upto 30 days maximum. You and set however much ME/PE research you want (ME 10, 15, 200, etc) as long as it is under the 30 day maximum limit.

The 30 day limit applies to all research and manufacturing slots.

As I previously stated, you can always research one additional level, do one copy, manufacture one run, etc., even if it takes 6 months. Example: with an Orca, you can only add one additional M.E. level per job submission.

EDIT: People often don't realize that when you submit a M.E. or P.E. job there is a + sign next to the field. if you enter "10", you research "10 additional levels" not "to level 10".
