Scan Res dropped on Multi Sensor Booster Ships with Scan Res Rigs ?

Guys,
As above really, several ships I have seem to have dropped by quite a lot of scan res recently.

Rapier 2x T2 Scan res rigs and 2x Sebos = 250 scan res drop approx
Cynabal same config and same drop approx

Corp mates also suffering the same issues, anyone else noticed it ?

"Changed Ionic Field Projector and Targeting System Subcontroller rigs to ensure that they correctly receive stacking penalties when used alongside modules that affect the same attribute. Remote Sensor Boosters are already stacking penalized with local Sensor Boosters; we triple checked."
