"get out of a gank free card" kind of defeats the whole concept of what EvE is, don't you think? Concord is there to punish offenders, not be your personal body guard.

You could.... oh I don't know, learn how to avoid ganks? use d-scan, tank ship, make friends, or even fight back?

Lots of cool ideas. Go with the police angle.

These are listed in order of acquistion/price. You must have the previous item to get the next item (example, must have deputy badge to get sheriff badge):

* Deputy's Badge: Can now fire on criminals using the faction police rules in .5, .6, .7 systems (example, could fire on -3.5 in .7 system); must have and maintain +3.0 sec status or better at all times. GCC instantly voids the badge.

* Sheriff's Badge: Can now fire on criminals using the faction police rules for all sec systems (example, could fire on -2 in Jita); must have and maintain +5.0 sec status or better at all times. GCC instantly voids the badge.

* Captain's Badge: same as Sheriff, plus access to Concord Agents (of which a small number would be reintroduced/re-enabled)

* Judge's Robes: Same as Captain's badge, plus can fire on any negative sec status, anywhere, anytime

Missions for pirate factions gurista serpentis blood sanshas guardian angels and dominations and too syndicate (for edge set) in NPC null. All that rewards are from their LP stores.

I'll suggest a booster / item that let you jump to an incursion place of your choice
This goes including your ship and everything in it. I suggest two variants.

a) moves your active ship and everything in it.

b) move all you have in the station of departure (lockers and ships).

It could be called "Concord relocation service"

I would happily buy it for like 5000 LP and 5 mill ISK for just the ship move.
The relocation of multiple ships and items could be twice as expensive.

In my opinion it would eliminate the tedious moving ships around which ain't even funny.

CONCORD would from a roleplay point of wiew be interested in providing the service to help people getting to the evil Sansha....

Well thinking of a few things that don't have faction/meta variants.

Scripts that give you slightly better stats for both attributes on the module than unscripted.
i.e. CONCORD tracking script +20% tracking +20% optimal. So would be worse at tracking than a tracking speed script, but would give more optimal/tracking than being unscripted, and give more stats overall but spread across the two attributes. Alternatively, could just make them better in the one stat.

CONCORD logistic / E-WAR drones. Drones with increased HP.

Drone Implants. +1/2/3/4/5/6% to scout drone damage, heavy drone damage, sentry drone damage, fighters damage, drone speed, drone hitpoints, drone tracking, drone optimal range. +1/2/3/4/5/6km bonus to drone control range.

Other Genolution implants prehaps? Or a new CONCORD set similar to Genolution set.

CONCORD rig BPCs which function like regular rigs but with reduced drawbacks i.e. a CONCORD Trimark Armor Pump could have a speed penalty of 8% instead of 10%, or prehaps with reduced calibration costs, i.e. a CONCORD Hybrid Burst Aerator would cost 175 calibration points instead of 200.

CONCORD salvager/analyzer/codebreaker. Prehaps with a bonus to hacking logistic arrays in incursions.

CONCORD ECCM/Sensor Backup Arrays/Signal Amplifiers.
CONCORD Cap Batteries.
CONCORD Damage Controls, Armor resistance shift hardeners.
CONCORD Tracking Links

Some exclusive clothes.

Security status. Item that can decrease cost of war. Premium CONCORD defense - CONCORD will arrive to save you faster. Platinum defense - CONCORD will arrive in current grid and patrol it for a short period of time.
