Missile Launchers not reloading......

Anyone else got this, 5 HML of a tengu will not reload, the icon does not flash and when you try a second time it says they are reloading but it never happens, then went to a POS and unfitted launchers to refit but when trying to refit it says the slots are busy already and you cannot refit them?

I had a similar problem with reloading my guns three or four weeks ago and refitting also didn`t solve the problem, however restarting the client did.

all my corp member have the same problem right now, we cannot fire weapons its not repeating nor its showing activation timer,

npc does not show damage applied at locked target bracket,

it seems that this problem is only one system wise, everyone in Dantumi cannot activate their modules normaly.
systems nearby works fine

ccp Dantumi is still unplayable, Many care bears run away with their precious loot because of this... I DEMAND a fix nao!!!!!!

Petitioned it and CCP kindly advised that ship needs repackaging, they moved me from my WH to a station to do it, replaced my rigz and then moved me back once it was done. All is working fine now, thanks CCP.
