I dec'd the corp, and popped the tower, but currently it is telling me

"18:57:37 Notify You cannot anchor the control tower because there are one or more objects anchored within 7,805 m of the position you are trying to anchor at, one of which is: Mobile Laboratory."

I thought there was a way to take control of all the arrays/batteries by anchoring your own tower after you popped theirs...please help soon, as i don't want to wait much longer before i have to kill things since they could come back and my chance as nice loots is gone...

you have to unanchor old pos modules before anchoring new tower.

Without tower anyone can unachor those mods.

Just unanchor them. Or shoot them if you suspect loot.

Just want to add:

Sometimes you have to hull rep or armor rep them before you can un-anchor them.
