This is a complex investment and business that combines an exciting cross-section of elements including entrepreneurship, statecraft, charity, public relations, and physics. The synergies are high, though the specific dynamisms of the interactions tend to be quite complex. In sum, it's far too complicated to summarize or simply quantify the dividends in terms of "payout". This is not an investment for the TL;DR crowd.

However, I can say without reservation that this is the best investment I've made.

Buy shares from James315. Sit back. Watch the investment return dividends as he performs a community service to EVE.

If I feel the urge to bring myself and an alt to either of these systems undergoing pacification, will you need 10m each, or just one payment to cover both.

Mining permits pay for one character to be set to positive standings. However I bump macks/hulks/etc. rather than haulers, so if your alt is an orca or whatever you won't need to pay for them.
