i have a budget of 14b to spend on a new toon im looking for a pvp toon what amount of sp would i get with this

could i get a good toon yes or no

depends on what you are looking on a toon. You had some good offers in your thread ( and i am not talking about mine ), but you refused them. If you want a 100mil SP toon, then the answer is no. For 14 bil you can find a good focused subcap toon of around 30 mil SP, or a cap toon of around 25 mil SP, or an indy of 50 mil SP. If you are not picky about standings you can get even 10 mil SP more for that amount ( if you find a pirate who wants to sell ). The name could also be a factor for price reduction ( names like I **** ISK or Catch My Poo could take forever to sell, even for small prices ).

If you find a good char for small price then its very likely to be hacked.

See the thing is i need a toon that can fly BS well have very good core skills
gunnery skills need to be good ect ect but i really want minmatar some indy in the toon i dont mind and sec im not fussed about as i will be living in null anyways name is not really a prob but as for crap like catch my poo lol i dont think so lol

dont get me wrong i think i have had some good offers and some very nice toons out there but they always seams to be something missing on there skills or there very low sp
